WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?
This was a question asked by a jailer to the Apostle Paul and Silas in the Book of Acts.
Acts 16:30-31 “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” And Paul said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…”
Because of our rebellion (sin), we were all separated from God. However, we can all be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:6-8 “For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die - but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
The GOSPEL is the “Good News” of salvation offered to sinful man by Holy God.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
