THE MISSION TRIP

Our mission trip this year will be back at Lake Sunapee, NH, serving with Lake Sunapee Baptist Church (www.lakechurch.online).  We have partnered with LHBC for 2 previous mission trips, and they are growing!  We are looking forward to serving with them again.

Our trips are first and foremost about serving in every way.  We encourage our youth to see each moment they have - morning until night - as a chance to serve God and others.  Sometimes this means pushing boundaries, doing new things, dealing with tiredness and one another - in the name of Christ.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

This year we will be running a VBS for several days at their church - other times, we will be doing service projects (cleaning, light construction, yardwork) at the homes of people in need to show Christ’s love to them.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MISSION TRIP

We will have fundraising opportunities to raise money for the trip.  Historically, if you are part of every fundraiser, there is little/no cost for each youth for the trip.  For those that cannot be part of the fundraisers, we will notify you of the remaining cost.  Due to support from the church / some private giving, a good portion of the cost has already been covered!!
